    The timeline for a project can vary depending on the scope and complexity of the project. Before starting any project, I usually schedule a consultation to discuss your specific needs and timeline. I will work with you to establish a timeline that meets your needs and deadlines. However, it's important to keep in mind that rushing a project can compromise the quality and attention to detail that goes into each design. Rest assured that I am committed to delivering high-quality designs in a timely manner.
  • Can you design only my logo?
    It’s crucial to have a strong brand identity that sets you apart from your competitors. To attract your ideal clients, we need to build out all aspects of your brand that can be used across multiple platforms that help you achieve a cohesive and professional brand.   • What files will I receive from you?
    I always make sure to provide my clients with all the necessary files to ensure that they have everything they need. When you work with me, you can expect to receive the following files: - AI files - PSD files - High-resolution JPG files - Vector EPS files - PDF files These files are designed to be compatible with a wide range of programs and applications, so you can use them wherever you need to. If you have any specific file format requests, just let me know and I'll do everything I can to accommodate your needs.
  • Do you require a deposit?
    Yes, I require a 40% deposit upfront before starting any design work. This ensures that both parties are committed to the project and helps cover the cost of materials and time spent on the initial concept designs. The deposit is non-refundable and secures your spot in my project queue. The remaining balance will be split into 2 payments. One will be due upon receipt of the design strategy, and the other will be due upon completion of the project. All payments must be received before any artwork is handed over. If you have any questions or concerns regarding the deposit or payment process, please don't hesitate to contact me.
